Cancellation Policy
Digitronix LLC follows a customer-centric approach and strives to ensure customer satisfaction. To support this, we offer a simple and transparent cancellation policy. To initiate a cancellation request, you can contact your account manager via email or phone. You will receive confirmation along with the effective cancellation date.
Our cancellation policy includes the following:
- The customer is solely responsible for canceling their account.
- All data stored with Digitronix LLC will be archived from active servers; however, it may be retained for future reference while ensuring strict privacy protection.
- If a customer cancels during a billing period that has already been paid for, the cancellation will take effect immediately, and no further charges will be applied.
- Digitronix LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion in cases such as:
- Abusive behavior
- Unauthorized access attempts to systems, servers, or databases
- Data theft or misuse of services
- Use of services for unregistered devices
- Use of illegal software
In such cases, Digitronix LLC may deactivate the account and revoke access to all services without prior notice.
Digitronix LLC also reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time under certain circumstances.
Refund Policy
We maintain a simple refund policy for both subscription-based and incident-based plans.
Subscription-Based Plans:
- Customers are eligible for a full refund if Digitronix LLC is unable to resolve even a single issue within the first 15 days of the subscription.
- If one or more issues have been resolved, the fees become non-refundable.
- Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and partial refunds may be issued after deducting applicable service charges.
Incident-Based Plans:
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- The customer met all required prerequisites, but Digitronix LLC was unable to resolve the issue during the active service period.
- The refund request is made within 15 days of service delivery for the same issue.
- The issue falls outside the scope of the purchased plan.
